Zarrapastroso GI Joe undercover agent custom figure

Here is Zarrapastroso (translation; scruffy, shabby). A former army veteran, who lost his home while on the army due to bureaucratic blunderings, became a vagrant. While tramping he discovered a Cobra underground compound, and he alerted his old friend Hawk. After being offered a good position in the military, Zarrapastroso accepted but turned down the idea of being behind a desk, preferring to operate as a undercover agent and keeping his street lifestyle. Now, just armed with a broken bottle and a hidden revolver under his coat, he spies on Cobra and other criminal organizations while being unnoticed by everyone!

Here are two simple customs, born from the remaining bits of a Black Major/Red Laser figure. I got it second hand but came with x2 spare torsos and heads, and this just called in for some customizing! I'll admit the colours are a bit funky and a bit too pink for me, but they still make for some distinctive figures! Manifesto and Fósforo are two players in the latest Cobra Civil War. Helping the newly appeared "President Cobra", they promise equality, better pay and a return to Cobra values! Manifesto main military speciality is propaganda and spread of misinformation. Fósforo is a expert in detonations, arson and fireworks in general, a maniac who likes to burn anything at any time, specialist also in special effects and making fires seem worse than they really are, and to confuse the enemy and instill fear and chaos. They are henchmen of "Snake Haze" (the purple Snake Eyes), which is a mysterious ninja serving the new "President Cobra". They've chosen this light hue of purple to distinguish themselves from other factions and regular Cobra troopers and operatives.

 Here is a rework of one of my first GI Joe customs. Originally, it was just a recombination of parts with a bit of paint in Falcon's head. It had yellowed badly, and with hindsight he needed a revamp, so I gave him a full repaint, except for the accesories. I gave him some facepaint in the sort of Commando modern warfare.

Selva Profunda is the GI Joe specialist for deep jungle warfare in South America. Himself a native, he can work in the deepest of jungles, moving undetected and surprising Cobra, even in the furthest Amazonian jungle!

Samba; she is the Brazilian operative of GI Joe, expert in cryptofauna and cryptozoology! new reports indicates the presence of dinosaurs deep in the amazonian jungle, a secret that naturalists and GI Joe try to keep, and Cobra wants to capture them to use their DNA in their evil experiments!

This custom was born when I got my first vintage Lady Jaye figure, I thought so different from the cartoon which I tried to customize to make her more like her. But after sometime in storage it yellowed, so I thought of revamping that custom and making a new figure, basically with dark skin I had to repaint it :) . The dinosaur comes from the Revell Dimetrodon kit, which after years it had lost two feet, which I repaired with sculpting. A bit homage to the never produced afroamerican female Joe that appears on Yo Joe.

Agent Zero; a mysterious man, secret agent pertaining to some secret government organization not even GI Joe is fully aware of, he pursues certain Cobras for some unknown crime, and partners with GI Joe members during these missions.

 Backstory; a long time ago I did a custom of Agent Zero in 6 inches (actually the Marvel character Maverick in another suit/codename) and I thought, this would be cool in the Joeverse. I bought dead cheap a Fortnite figure, and thought "he is almost identical to him!" so after a bit sculpting and repainting here it is. Sorry for the blur in the two pictures, I didn't notice they were so blurry and it was freezing and raining as you can tell in the last picture! but just for that last pic it was well worth it!

 Here is a custom I just took pictures last week, Cobra Graffiti! once a street gang member, which went to prison for repeated damage of public property with spray painting, he freed himself and joined Cobra as the only way for rebelling against the system he wants to destroy. He is, however, many times too unruly even for Cobra levels, as only total anarchy satisfies Graffiti. He is often embroiled in petty disputes, gang wars and major uprisings in the Cobra hierarchy. He uses toxic spray painting shot at extremely high pressure which can be used directly as a weapon, blinding opponents and enemy vehicles.

 Custom backstory; many, many years ago I bought a ridiculous amount of headless VvV figures.... god knows why they were beheaded (maybe early Star Wars customizing?). Anyway, this is about the last combination of those, with a head made out of body putty, epoxy and molten plastic. He was lying around half finished until I decided to tatttoo it with graffiti everywhere. Silver weapon no idea from where it came, if anyone knows I'd be happy to know!

COUP D'ETAT GI Joe ARAH Vintage Cobra custom figure

This is Coup D'Etat, a custom I did about 5 or 6 years ago and just made pics lately. Coup D'Etat is a Range Viper that got stranded in a forgotten war in Central America, and guess what, he managed to get "elected" Presidente. His survival skills were so high, that he realised the only way to stay alive was to rise to the top and rule over all the country. Nobody knwos what happened with the rest of his squad, or which Range Viper he was, but he has now forsaken Cobra and he looks to create his own evil empire. His weapons are real gold plated, to have emergency fortune always at hand. In a lot came a damaged Range Viper head, that cried for something cool to do with him. And so it came about.
