Mariner; googling I found a image of possible, but unproduced comic book character that were considered for the GI Joe vs Cobra run. One of them, Mariner, struck me as one of the more interesting of the lot, and wanting another new Joe, I thought he was a good choice :) to enlarge my GI Joe vs Cobra collection.

Startron GI Joe Space Force Star Brigade unproduced unreleased concept art custom

Here is Startron, the name I've given to the GI Joe Space Force prototype (see it in; http://www.yojoe.com/archive/unproduced/prototype9.shtml) that was featured G.I.Joe 30th Salute Trading Card set. I thought it was a very interesting design and I wanted to have in my collection what could have been and never was.
